As you are aware about the latest TRAI rule regarding KYC/DLT Registration for using Bulk SMS services. Since 1st June 2020, all the operators have migrated SMS traffic via DLT Platform. Hence they are charging 2.5 paisa +18% GST per SMS extra for the DLT services they are providing.

Please note, w.e.f 1st September 2020, all messages submitted on DLT platform will be charged @ 2.5 paisa +18% GST per message which will be in addition to the current message charges. Hence, SMS credit balance left in your SMS panel after 31st Aug 2020 will be adjusted as per the calculation of revised price.
